Welcome to your “Love Notes from The Divine” message for Sept. 27, 2020 – Oct. 2, 2020
“Beloved, a spirit of adventure could be calling to you. Is it time to plan a little getaway? Is it time to try a new restaurant? Is it time to learn something you’ve dreamed about? Adventure is the spice of life.”
Golly, this message comes at such a great time. Seems like so many of us are ready for some adventure, these past 6 months of uncertainty and sticking close to home and not socializing as in the past have grown quite tiresome.
This past week, I was able to socially distance with my parents, and my sister and her family and we actually had a meal out (in a parking lot) but it was so fun. It felt like a grand adventure and we were all so excited we could gather, all while wearing out masks when not eating or drinking.
Here are some ways to shake a little fresh energy into your routine:
· Eat a meal in an unusual spot in your home.
· Cook or try a different type of food or beverage.
· Enjoy a different route in your daily routine.
· Enjoy a new type of music.
· Explore a venue you’d like to travel to someday on the internet today.
· Check-in with an uplifting friend or family member.
· Put on a song you haven’t heard in a long time and dance.
· Spend some time in nature and look up, look down, and be amazed.
· Create something.
· Make a list of adventures you want to have in the future.
· Review a favorite adventure you’ve had and share your memories with someone.
The invitation is to think about something you’d like to do, try, or learn, and take some inspired action towards making it a reality. I’m cheering you one, dear heart.
