What a blessing and wonderful assurance it is to know that we all are favored by our Creator. What is favor? We are all uniquely beautifully and wonderfully made. Please trust that fact, especially if it doesn’t resonate with you yet beautiful one. According to Webster’s Concise Family Dictionary, favor is:

a kind act
friendly regard, goodwill
popularity
preferential treatment
a gift bestowed as a token of regard or love
a small gift distributed to guests at a party
to treat or use gently
to bear a physical resemblance to
in support of

What did you think or feel when you read the first sentence of this blog? Did you agree or disagree? If you agreed, I am so happy for you and encourage you to find ways in which your feelings of favor will expand. The more we focus upon something, the more it expands or grows in our life. If precious one, you felt it preposterous, did not apply to you, was only for someone else…than I invite you to snuggle in to the possibility that it could be true for YOU beloved one. I am sending you so much love when I tell you that YES, you are a beloved and full of favor.

When we resist a thought that is when we really need to ponder it and see why we resist it so. There is a saying, “The truth will set you free, but first it will make you mad.” A lot of the time, we are conditioned by other people’s thoughts, beliefs or dogma. We carry so much of others conditioning or limiting beliefs upon us. Perhaps in your past a parent, teacher or authority figure made you feel less than favored. The best thing you can do about it today, is forgive yourself for allowing their thoughts or words to influence your life. Forgiveness is a gift you give to yourself. I invite you to consider today for a few moments in quiet the concept of you and favor.

If we open up our hearts and mind, we can allow this favor to find its way into every cell of our being. Yes beautiful one, open to receive and allow your Creator to show His favor for you. Yes, open to receive.

Here is a beautiful affirmation on the subject of favor, “I am a beloved child of God. I am perfectly and wonderfully made. I am full of favor.” And so it is.

You beloved one are perfectly and wonderfully made. A beloved child of the Creator. Highly favored.
